Amb. Mary-Jane AJU Elumelu-James is a two-time peace ambassador, appointed in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and in the United States of America.
She represents The Universal Peace Federation UPF. The Universal Peace Federation is AN NGO in General Consultation Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. Amb. Mary-Jane Elumelu- James is currently, a serving Nigerian Peace Ambassador to the United States of America. She follows the ideals of UPF and she believes in world peace, and harmony, prosperity and cooperation between nations.

MISSION
To bring the world population under one umbrella by creating an UNIVERSAL ADMINISTRATION such that equitable distribution of world resources of nature, between nations take place, to eradicate poverty and hunger, to bring down the dominance of MONEY and POWER and put LOVE in its place as the dominant factor, to remove misgivings of caste, creed, culture, religion, differences in ideology, etc.
Promote universal brotherhood by LOVE avoiding conflicts between nations, communities, groups and individuals such that wars are totally faced out of mankind and defense expenditure is decimated.
