Conflict is a natural occurrence that is inevitable but if not properly resolved it may escalate into a fight or a war causing a lot of havoc which is what we are experiencing currently in Nigeria.
As a way of settling these conflicts and preventing further damages which usually comes in the form of intra-personal, inter-personal, intra-group and inter-group caused by power, value or economic reasons, our Chief Executive has decided to use her wealth of knowledge and experience in Peace, Conflict and Dispute Resolutions to embark on projects and programs that will ensure that misunderstandings and conflicts between individuals or groups are resolved amicably through teaching/adopting the five key conflict management styles which are; accommodating, avoiding, collaborating, competing and compromising.
